Happy Fitness Friday!
This week we will be working on Target Practice.
We've been doing a lot of activities that involve our legs, but now its time to work on our arms too!
For Target Practice:
- You can find a rock, pebble, or some type of object that doesn't bounce too much.
- See how far you can be from the target (about 6 feet away) before throwing your object.
- I want you to focus throwing underhand like we have done in class before!
Have your parents or siblings play with you! See who cant get the highest score!
